The architects K+S invite you on the 9th March 2010 to their offices to participate in a seminar on Logistics and Commercial Property. Attendance is free of charge.
Pierau Planung will within the context of this meeting make a presentation on the changing relationship between logistics systems and property development. The central
theme of the presentation will be the development trends of modern logistics systems and how they specifically meet the the requirements of modern logistics buildings.

Our customer Kaffee Partner is in the Federal Republic recognised as a market leader in the development
of customized solutions for supplying coffee services to the staff and customers of a wide variety of clients.
Currently over 60,000 customers are using the services of Kaffee Partner which apart from supplying coffee dispensers
also provide a comprehensive technical service, accessories and coffee related products.
Kaffee Partner is planning a new logistics and distribution centre near the original company site. Pierau Planung has been
contracted with the development and implementation of a logistics plan which will include all processes and systems.
Part of the plan will be the development of a workshop where customised coffee dispensers will be produced and from which
technical support services will be supplied.
